RETURN POLICY

  • A returned goods authorization number (RGA) must be obtained from TItewadfilters.com customer service department.
  • Custom products or custom cuts may not be refunded. Merchandise may not be returned for a refund after 60 days from the date of shipment.
  • The customer is responsible for return freight charge to Titewadfilters.com.
  • There is a 15% restocking charge for all approved returns
  • Merchandise must be in saleable condition when returned in order to receive a refund
